FuturOpera delivers three chamber opera creations by contemporary composers of the young generation. We will listen to: “Wasserstimmen” by Dariusz Przybylski (criminal opera based on a primaeval Inuit legend), “Orpheus' Labyrinth” (“Labirtynt Orfeja”) by Nikolet Burzyńska (which is a certain synthesis of selected threads from Greek and Slavic mythology) and “Three Tall Tales of Doctor Monsieur Façade” by Ryan Latimer (that is a fairytale intermezzo of a kind). Things all three of these works have in common are their original sonic language and setting – at the edge of a dream, in an extraordinary, hypnotic trance.
